Respite Care (or time off!)
One of the best things you can do for yourself as a caregiver is to take time off. Actually get away from the caregiving tasks you do and spend some time concentrating on your own needs and desires. But that is often easier said than done. The organizations listed here provide respite services. While we do not endorse any one of them, we make this list available to you and ask that you provide us with feedback on the quality of service you receive.
