Everyone ages and as we age, we change.  This page deals with some of the physical changes that we face and offers some ideas on compensating for those changes.  Understand one important point - there is no such thing as "normal" aging.  It is a uniquely personal experience and while there may be some similarities, there are even more differences. 

Jack LaLane, the physical fitness guru, is well into his 90's and maintains a regemine that many young men would be hard pressed to follow.  Part of his ability to keep his body as fit and active as he has is simply keeping himself physically active!  Inactivity is often responsible for loss of muscle strength and tone, increased blood pressure, higher than normal cholesterol, and a host of other ailments and complaints.
