Family Caregiving Planning Facilitation
Too often families find themselves coming apart instead of coming together when faced with the challenges of caregiving. The Family Caregiving Planning Facilitation is a moderated meeting of all family members who may be impacted by caregiving needs. Meeting with a professional facilitator, the group works through issues of time, resources, personal needs, collective needs and the needs of those needing care.
