Employee Caregiver Assistance Program
Caregivers are most vulnerable when trying to juggle the concerns of caregiving for a loved one and managing the needs of a job position.  When the needs of an employed caregiver reach a point where the constant interruption by phone calls, where emergency absences, extended vacations and a seemingly overwhelming focus on caregiving, even the most noble of employers will look for solutions that usually come in the form of a new employee.

Just as the needs of valuable employees who have been compromised by drug addiction, alcoholism, anger issues, gambling addictions and more are addressed by third party providers of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), the needs of Caregivers can be addressed through a subscription to The Caregiver Foundation of America's Employee Caregiver Assistance Program.

For the cost of a few cups of coffee, this service can be made available to Employees and provide them with a resource that helps them maintain productivity in their job and allow them assistance and practical resources in caring for their loved ones.

A web-based program, the Employee Caregiver Assistance Program is supplemented with on-site monthly visits to conduct workshops or hold one-on-one appointments at Management's discretion.  Call 808-625-3782 and see a sample of how this program could work in your Company.
