Bill Paying Services
Providing accurate and dependable bill paying services helps Seniors maintain their independence longer and relieves them of the day-to-day stress of managing finances.

For many Seniors, the daily task of sorting through the mail and figuring out which bills need immediate attention or understanding which insurance claims are accurate can become overwhelming.  This frustration leaves them vulnerable to financial exploitation and abuse.

The Caregiver Foundation of America has a service that assumes the day-to-day management of a Senior's finances. Income is managed and bills are paid through state-of-the-art procedures by experienced financial professionals.

No longer will a Senior be at risk of eviction when maintenance fees are not paid on time.  Telephone service and other utility bills are monitored and paid on time as are other routine services and suppliers.  Arrangements can be made for regular cash allowances or a separate banking account can be established allowing the Senior access to funds through a checking system or cash card.  But the bulk of the Senior's funds are handled carefully and protected by The Caregiver Foundation of America's accounting staff.

What is Daily Money Management?

Daily Money Management is professional assistance with day-to-day financial matters.  It is a form of protection against elder abuse, financial exploitation, impoverishment, homelessness, and institutionalization.

What are the Daily Money Manager’s functions?

A Daily Money Manager pays bills, prepares checks for signatures, makes bank deposits, dispenses cash, negotiates with creditors, organizes financial records, and reviews insurance remits.  Daily Money Managers do not manage investments or provide investment advice.

Who needs a Daily Money Manager?

Anyone who needs help monitoring day-to-day finances may benefit from Daily Money Management.  A Daily Money Manager is especially helpful to those with cognitive impairment, limited writing ability, visual impairment, or vulnerability to pressure.

Customer Testimonials
Mom's bills had gotten out of control.  It wasn't that she did not have the money to pay them - she just didn't pay them!  When her phone was disconnected and her Condo Association Manager called me -  I knew something had to be done.  The Caregiver Foundation of America stepped in and organized her financial affairs, began receiving her income and paying her bills and it is such a relief!

My brother and I live out of State and it is not practical for us to try and manage Mom and Dad's accounts "long distance".  TCFOA handles all their affairs and we receive monthly electronic statements that help us know what is going on.  Dad used to take care of all this before his stroke...
Jade P. and Mike B. - Denver and Kansas City

I decided for myself that I did not want to have to think about who got paid, who billed correctly or any of that stuff.  This is my time to relax and let someone else handle the details.  I chose The Caregiver Foundation of America at the recommendation of my broker. Now when my daughter nags me for money I can just say "you have to talk to Gary at TCFOA about that"...
